Throughout my life I have always been involved in some type of sport from soccer – basketball. I even participated in rowing during part of my freshman year of college. However, it was not until my freshman year of high school that I was given my first road bike and recognized biking as my true sport and passion. Since I got it, I have spent a lot of time exploring the different trails and roads in the area. When not on my bike or a sports court or field I can often be found somewhere outside either hiking or kayaking.
I am currently completing a double Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Kent State so I can eventually work with collegiate and professional athletes as a Sports Dietitian.
My goals for this year are to finish my first century ride and complete my first triathlon while doing some small races in between.
