RoadRokr 5K was a fun, energetic race benefiting the Miller South Instrumental Music Department. It was a hilly course through the neighborhoods in Highland Square. I loved the medal and shirts!

The Down & Dirty 5 Miler did not disappoint. I had a blast running with Lisa Keane! The humidity made it even a little tougher, and there is one really long hill that challenges you, but a wonderful distance and trail. Great seeing Brittany Kiehl out there volunteering too! We will definitely be looking at this one again next year.

This was my second year running this race and I absolutely love it!  The course is fairly technical to start with lots of roots and a couple of good hills but with the 5 mile distance I was able to push myself and still feel great at the finish! This is a Friday evening race and the sun through the trees is fantastic! Beautiful park, great swag, and Athletic Brewing at the finish.  Another personal favorite!  I was very excited to place 2nd in my age group!
