The Summer Sasquatch 50k, 20 & 10 Miler was so much fun with great friends today! I felt really good out there and was very pleasantly surprised to find out I was first in my age group and 23rd overall for the 20 miler!

Summer Sasquatch 2024!  A new summer twist to one of my favorite winter races! This is a well marked technical course with over 1600′ elevation per 10 mile loop at beautiful Salt Fork State Park. Per my PT, I was given permission to participate on the condition that I would hike only and was super happy to maintain a consistent 16 min mile pace and placed 4th in my age group! I will definitely do this one again!
