I went to the Tree Farm 5k in Magnolia on Saturday morning and halfway through the race I left. I think it’s a first DNF for me. Good news is, I did not leave because I was hurt or unable to run, and the reason I left is my friend needed help getting her car that was stuck in the mud back on the road.  Everyone is fine so I am grateful.  The race was a course with hills that ran all around the tree farm and the event coordinator was super nice and gave some neat awards.  This is definitely a more challenging course, but I didn’t think it was too bad.
