This morning I ran the McWane Iron Strong for Wellness 5K in Coshocton, Ohio. I really enjoyed this race and it went through the camp ground area and around the lake which was very pretty and all the turns were very clearly marked with arrows. I really liked the quick dry towel that was included and the shirt was also a quick dry material and very well made. I was super excited to finish second female overall and first in my age group with a total time of 26:00 and pace of 8:22! Great weather and another great race in the books!
