Felicia Neal

Felicia Joined Team ER in 2026.  She lives with her husband Doug and their 3 giant dogs in Strasburg Ohio. Felicia is originally from New Douglas, Illinois and moved to Ohio in 2022 when her husband ‘s job relocated them,  Felicia works at Marlite located in Dover as a production scheduler.

As for hobbies Felicia enjoys cooking and running.  Felicia has been running since she was 16.  She was not into track and field but just ran on her own free time. Felicia did not run her first race which was a 5K until after she graduated college.  The race was called Run From The Law at Southern Illinois University Law School and she placed 2nd in her age group. Since then Felicia has run many, many races. In 2025 alone she ran 66 races of various distances, including her first marathon and 50K,

Felicia joined Team ER because several of her friends are members which helped her train and meet her 2025 goals. Felicia says without them she would have never accomplished so much. Felicia is very drawn to Team ER’s mission, ‘to organize a team of people who train and race together.’ She believes It is a blessing to have a running community out there that shares the same values and compassion.

Felicia looks forward to being a part of Team ER so she can run and compete with her friends while supporting the running community.
