Kelsie Kline

Kelsie Joined Team ER in 2026.  She lives in Tallmadge with her husband, Mike, and their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Zeke, who also loves spending time on the trails.

Kelsie began running in 1999 as a teenager in track and cross country, but truly found her passion for the sport in her mid-20s when she started competing in local 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons, eventually completing her first marathon at the Columbus Marathon in 2013.

Some of her proudest running accomplishments include completing the Burning River 50-mile Trail Race in both 2019 and 2024, qualifying for the Boston Marathon in 2022 and running it in 2023, and finishing the Laurel Highlands 50K in 2025, which was the race with the greatest elevation gain she has run to date.

While she loves pushing herself both far and fast, her passion for running extends beyond racing. Kelsie enjoys  Saturday morning runs with friends, joining local running groups, and running alongside the Tallmadge youth cross-country program. Supporting others and celebrating their successes in the sport  that is incredibly fulfilling to her.

Outside of running,  Kelsie enjoys trail hiking, yoga, skiing, kayaking, and biking. Staying active is an important part of her lifestyle and how she connects with both nature and community.

Looking ahead, her goals include qualifying for another major marathon, racing in new states, conquering a 100-mile race, trying a triathlon, hiking national parks, SUP-ing in clear ocean water, completing her yoga certification, skiing fresh powder out west, and most importantly, enjoying these adventures with the people she loves most.
