I ran the Sandy & Beaver Canal Days 2 miler last night in Magnolia with fellow teammate Felicia Neal! This is a very fast race with a few hills around the little town of Magnolia. I finished with a total time of 15:18 giving me a pace of 7:39 and placing me first in my age group! They had a simple award ceremony afterwards with water and some giveaway items.

Event #40 I ran the Sandy and Beaver 2 miler located in Magnolia for their Canal Days Festival with my Team ER sister Nancy Wardell! This race was super fun, quick and was a great Friday race to kick off the weekend. Nancy was like road runner and got 1st place and I got 2nd place in my age group but they only did 1st place age groups. It was a very well organized race and we got to enjoy the festival after.
