I ran the Wings of Crossfire 5k this morning in Malvern. This race was very well organized thanks to Jim Chaney and I loved the before and after activities! There were planes flying overhead and one landing on the green stretch for the runway we ran on before the race even started, which got everyone highly motivated! Tons of snacks a great award ceremony afterwards as well! I finished first in my age group with a total time of 24:54 and a pace of 8:01 which allowed me to earn the orange embroidered Crossfire 5K towel!! Definitely a great race and hope to do it again next year!
