Ran Boston on Monday. My time was 3:21 so did meet BQ standard for age. Being first time there, the race and city were truly an awesome experience, far grander then ever anticipated. I will go and be honored to return and do it again next year. Ray Fryan was also there and went 3:19 running with his daughter.
Amen to Paul’s comments on Boston this year. It was great to run with my daughter, and even better to see her hit a PR in her first Boston.
