It was a perfect weekend for an Ultra! When you can’t run, volunteer!
I spent 2 days / 16 hours working at the main aid station and beer garden for the ultimate Eagle Up Ultra race!
This 24 hour endurance race is a heavily supported flat, fast 5 mile loop with the best aid stations you have ever seen! Perfect for your first ultra or for seasoned runners. Bring your friends or make new ones! A unique quality of this race is the ability to adjust your distance goal during the race (50K – 100 miles) Fantastic experience!
