March 6th, 2010: Team ER member Chip Wilson wins 1st overall at the Young Life 5k with a time of 18:00

Team ER members took a field trip down to southern Ohio to compete in the Great Buckeye Challenge. Overall performance was outstanding and the breakdown of results is as follows:
Olympic Distance
Chris Schmauder – 2:39:51 – 3rd in AG
Half Ironman
Pete Finnerty – 5:20:44 – 6th in AG
Hayes Calvert – 5:13:09 – 1st in AG
Matt Geis – 6:23:41 – 7th in AG
Jerry Lynch – 5:42:12 – 3rd in AG

Team ER members racing the Carnation Triathlon in Alliance Ohio put up the following results:
Matt Geis racing back to back days put forth a tremendous effort at the Greater Cleveland Triathlon. His time of 1:08:39 put him 10th overall and 3rd in his age group, Nice job Matt!!
Future Team ER member Luke Gorris, in his second triathlon, put up a very impressive 29:41. We better watch out for this one.
Team ER’s Matt Geis and Hayes Calvert competed at the 2009 Findley Triathlon. Hayes placed 1st overall with a time of 1:10:58 and Matt took 7th overall and 1st in his age group with a 1:19:09.

Team ER was well represented at the 2009 Cleveland Triathlon by Pete, Matt and Hayes. Pete and Hayes participated in the Olympic distance and Matt the sprint distance. Their results are as follow:

On August 2nd, 2009 Team ER’s very own Henry Hauenstien qualified for the Xterra Nationals by taking 1st place at Xterra Appalachia with a fantastic time of 1:58:19
Xterra USA championship will take place in Utah on September 26th, 2009
