Since June 12, Cassie Schumacher has been on a journey of epic proportions, riding her bicycle across America in support of our nation’s veterans. In order to finish the race, she needs to pedal from Oceanside, California to Annapolis,  Maryland in 12 days – and that’s including time to eat and sleep. The race is about 3,000 miles long.

As of today, Cassie is more than half way through, with having ridden over 1,584 miles! The desert heat is behind her and Annapolis is getting closer to the horizon!
