The Gorris Family was out in full force for the Green YMCA Caribbean 5k today.  Luke ran [with pacing and encouragement from Mom and Dad] the 5k in 29:15, and had plenty of gas left in the tank for a strong finish.   Dad had enough gas left in the tank to run 3+ more loops so I was able to run a 5k with my son and an extra 10 miles on my own killing two birds with one stone!

We also saw fellow Team ER’s own Ken Frankenbery and his wife, Karen.  Ken sure did lay down a killer run after being on the IR the last few months.
