Jim Dehner, time 55:30

The race is part of the towpath trilogy and is a fun format where 2 races of different distances start from different points at the same time yet have the same finish line – I ran the 10K – It started on Canal Road and went north for 1 mile then joined up with the towpath – The entire path up there is paved so the footing is good – the course overall is flat and fast – you do cross the 2 cable bridges on the return to the finish – virtually the only “hills” on the course –

Aside from the rain at the start it was a good race –

Since there were only 2 of us in the AG – I was assured of a podium finish 🙂
