Race Recap By Felicia Neal:

Event #54 was the Fall Downhill Mile in Canton OH. This race was very well organized, super fun and fast! I tried to PR but no success. This series has 3 races spring, summer and fall. I will sign up for the series next year and see how I improve. I got 5th gender place 19th overall.

Race Recap By Lori Fritz:

I ran the Fall Mile Ultimatum this evening. It was a little damp at the beginning, but then when it came to start time, it dried up a bit. Cooler temps made for a great evening to run. I started out okay, but almost bonked after the first quarter mile. Kept moving and was able to keep my time under 9min/mi.
These have been fun to try out this year. Running a mile is hard when you get used to running distance, but what it does is presents a fun challenge!
Oh, and the cookies at the finish line were absolutely delicious!
