What a beautiful and sunny morning. I started the day off running the “Around The Beach 5K” hosted by Running2bWell. My goal for the day was to go for a sub 24 minute 5K but unfortunately the heat and humidity got the best of me midway through mile 2. The race was well organized and for a good cause so it was a great way to start the day.  I placed 22nd overall and 6th in my age group.
