Wow! Just Wow! What a great experience! Ran the Boston 5k this morning and didn’t do too badly considering I felt like I was “penned in” during the whole course. Just tried to take it in stride, and enjoy the experience.
Best part of the race was having my friend Kelly Bolden running with me, Janet Hiner Adams cheering us on at the beginning and end, and Amy Tope Palmer yell out our names along the course!
The community all along course was awesome!!
Crossed the finish line to get our finisher medal, T-shirt, and goody bag.
Looking forward to cheering on the marathoners on Monday!
