Huntington Triathlon was organized and planned very well. Today was very hard, this probably was the 3rd hardest thing I’ve ever done. Every race is different and this was no different. The Florida Tri was not as hard as today. I do not know why, the moon, bad dreams, all the above maybe? After the swim the relief is real when you can at least touch the bottom, but the bike ride and run did not add to any relief. It was just HARD. I finished 9 out of 9 in my age group and almost DFL. I do not care and I am just happy I can tell the tale. Regardless I had a wonderful time before and after with Lisa and Josh. I am so thankful for their friendship, support and fellowship.
