I had a great time this morning at the Fearless Fighters 5k in Stow, OH with Kristi Quesenberry Gunyula, Christine Churpek, and surprise cheerleader Scott Orlando! My time wasn’t the best, but I still feel stronger than before! I finished at 29:41 with a pace of 9:34. Congratulations to Christine who got 4th in her age group and Kristi who got 3rd in hers! A great event for a great cause  and we had fun at the Photo Booth and got hoodies too!
