1:15 run to T1

T1 was over TEN MINUTES  had to do a complete change due to the cold temps

5:18:50 bike – over 21mph average into a headwind for 70% of the bike as it was point to point

T2 was over FIVE minutes – another change from warm clothes into cooler clothes for the run

3:48 and change for the marathon with a disaster melt down on the second half

26th OA out of 800 ……   2nd age group!
