Pedaling For A Purpose
Zoar, Ohio
Josh Keane, Lisa Keane, and Felicia Neal participated in the charity bike ride event through Zoar, Ohio completing over 11 miles.
Event Recap By Lisa Keane:
I really enjoyed this event with friends and fellow Team ER members!
Good communication, affordable registration, easy directions, and free parking near the start / finish. Family friendly. Choose your distance 6-25 miles and ride your own pace out and back on the scenic Towpath. Mostly flat crushed limestone / paved surfaces with one fairly busy road section. Water and snacks provided at the start line. Nice short sleeve tees for the first 50 participants. Hot lunch post race.
Event Recap By Felicia Neal:
Event #47 was Pedaling for a Purpose my first bicycle event. It was very well organized and marked. The ride was 6-25 miles, basically any distance and pace. It started off rough for me, right after I tried to mount my bike I feel onto my left side, shoulder and back. I ate it hard and was only able to do 11ish miles with my husband and my Team ER family Lisa Keane and Josh Keane . Then we had beer which made it all better! As of right now I am using a heating pad and eating Ibuprofen, till next time.
