Completed the 2022 Women’s 6K Festival Run in downtown Canton, Ohio! The elites went first and then the rest of us were released! There were so many ladies and tons of energy! I placed 3rd in my age group completing the race in 33 minutes and 23 seconds with a pace of 8 minutes 58 seconds, which I’m happy with with my right knee being a little achy. Awesome day and very thankful for the experience!!

What a day at the 2022 Tallmadge Memorial 5K today! So many Team-ER members and a huge shout out to the over all team effort with encouragement and motivation! Got to warm up with Cleopatra Sirnic and was cheered on to the end by the boys! Great job everyone! I don’t know all the places for each team member, but I got 4th in my age group and finished at 27 minutes and 20 seconds with an average of 8 minute and 48 second mile pace! I know the rest of the team did amazing as well! Thanks again team!

Race Review By Steve Zenar:

Had a fun morning running the Tallmadge Memorial Day 5K. It was great seeing so many Team ER members at the race. Thankfully although the sun was out the temperature stayed relatively cool.  I placed 38th overall and 3rd in my age group with a finish time of 24:09; my best 5K time so far in 2022. On to the Twinsburg Duathlon in a couple of weeks (hopefully my bike legs still work as I haven’t had much time in the saddle this spring ).
