What an honor to start my Sunday morning with Iron Resistance Foundation at their ruck challenge. What a great organization enriching the lives of veterans. This event will be happening every Sunday morning in the month of March. Keep an eye on their Facebook page if you are interested in starting g out your Sunday right and in plenty of time to make it to church. It was a fantastic a little chilly morning to watch the sunrise while getting 6 miles in with this crew Iron Resistance supporting the veterans. For the month of March they are getting 44 miles in for veteran suicide. I could not keep up with them as fast as they were walking and missed the group photo but I had great company with Kyle mom and puppy named Cole. I am going to try and join every sunday morning. It’s a nice way to start your week off.
